You probably remember hearing since you were a small child that breakfast is the most important meal of the day because you want to break the fast your body has experienced throughout your sleeping hours. How many times do you eat per day? If you say three – well, we are going to learn some new healthy habits that will help keep your insulin pump regulated and put your hunger at bay.
I want you to track the times you eat per day and approximately how many calories you are eating each time. Do this for a day or so. And see what you find out about your schedule. Are you helping or hurting your insulin pump?
